Taste for tradition

Home / Taste for tradition
Benta Miguel cuisine is specialized in traditional cuisine using quality products from our own pantry, vegetable garden and livestock.
The cooked mixed vegetable plate, Grandmother’s style, stuffed veal escalope Benta Miguel, the grilled veal cutlet, the hake koxkera style, the suckling pig and lamb roasted in a wood oven and the goxua and milk curd, are part of the delicacies we offer our customers daily. We also offer seasonal dishes such as fresh asparagus, “menudicos”, dove and mushrooms among others.

In Benta Miguel we maintain the essence of the traditional cuisine, having adapted to changing times and becoming an ideal stop for rural tourism. In recognition of our kitchen and our dedication to time preserve and promote the traditional recipes of our homeland, in 2014 the Government of Navarra gave us the category of “specialized in navarre gastronomy restaurant“.
